Endicott Enterprises LLC (“House of Cannabis”) operates hoc420.com and may operate other websites (“the Websites”). By using the Websites, you consent to the data collection, use, disclosure and storage practices described in this Privacy Policy. It is House of Cannabis’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating the Websites. 

Information Regarding Website Visits 

Like most website operators, House of Cannabis collects nonpersonal identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the date and time of each visitor request, visitors’ browser type and language preferences, and referring sites. House of Cannabis’s purpose in collecting nonpersonal identifying information is to better understand how House of Cannabis’s visitors use the Websites.

Business Transfers 

If House of Cannabis, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that House of Cannabis goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
